"Bad things could happen to a person in a dark" (what?) ... alley, corner, street?
or maybe you wanted to write "in the dark"?
(Then again...is Guybrush left "in the dark" on something?, Clearly the street isn't THAT dark, moonlight glowing on the pavement, lit windows etc.)

I definitely preffer this GUI! but I would change the picture of the chicken on the right for a pixelated (old style) one.
