Future Wars problem

Alright, the CD version of Future Wars has the AUTO00.PRC file "crypted" by having all its bytes rotated to the right by one. So I added a detection entry for this particular version of Future Wars to ScummVM's trunk and branch-0-12-0 (So support will be also in the next stable version of ScummVM that's going to be coming out in about less than a month) and also a routine to decrypt the "crypted" AUTO00.PRC. Now your version should work! (No CD-audio support though).

Will it be possible to add CD audio support? A good friend of mine from oversea has probably his hands on an exemplar for me. As sound as I receive the box with CD I would like to try it out via ScummVM

Thanks a lot of course for adding it to the target list, even without CD audio support (yet)!

so here I go, thought I'd update the status of this old thread).

Kirben actually did just that today!
I mean add support for the CD music in the CD version of Future Wars
(See http://bit.ly/1EVo9j8 for the code change).
You can try it out using one of the untested daily builds i.e.
http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/#daily
after they've updated to a version that has that code change in it.
Haven't tried it out myself though.
