Which games would you like to be supported on the future?

All the inane chatter goes in here. If you're curious about whether we will support a game, post HERE not in General Discussion :)

Shivers when it comes to? btw, I guess the Runaway and Whispered World was stupid suggestions, I saw that they are very new games, so that may not work..

I just had a little thought I wanna share when it comes to suggestions for ScummVM games in the future. Ive played most of the Lucas Art games, BS as I said and there is actually one pnc-adventure game that is IMO in the same league as those I just mentioned; Beavis and Butt-Head: Virtual Stupidity .. has anyone played this? This is seriously one of the Better ones out there, this would be awesome to se for ScummVM..
I played that (specifically a LOT of the loogie sub game) so I second that :)

I got nothing better to do and compiled a list with voices on what has been mentioned within this thread.

Yes, i know it's waste of time and doesn't change anything regarding the possibility of implementation or speed or yaddayadda :-)

I put the engines in brackets behind the games (when i found one that is/has been/will be worked on sometimes in a near future) ;-)
For a reference on engines one can always take a look here

It's in no way complete, i may have still games in that doesn't fit the scope of ScummVM (i checked some but not all) or are 3D games or no adventures at all.
edit: I left out all the games that have been supported in the meantime

I thought that one used a completely different game engine.

Its very interesting to see a list of the games that have been requested in this thread. I am both surprised and pleased to see that The Pink Pather's Passport to Peril has been so popular. As I have said earlier in the thread I would really like to see this supported in ScummVM!

Another thing, which I think may be within the scope of ScummVM, is the Magic School Bus series of games. I always thought these games were amazing as a kid.

Star Trek: 25th Anniversary
Star Trek: A Final Unity
Star Trek: Judgment Rites
Space Quest 6
Willy Beamish
Beavis and Butt-Head: Virtual Stupidity

And two that might not be considered to be in the scope of ScummVM. But still they are point and click...

Did you try using the dosbox installation patch?

Cool, never saw that page before. I had some patch from the developer's website, which helped it not to crash on Vista.

I'll try this one out when I get time.

Did no one actually play azrael's tear?

It's right up there with the "greats" as far a plot goes (and there is even a "secret" plot). Greatly atmospheric too. It would be a great game to have in scummvm (runs like a dog in dosbox except if you replace the dos extender by dos32a).

I keep reading everywhere that Beavis and Butt-Head: Virtual Stupidity uses iMuse, scumm and ripped from the lucasarts adventure game engine. Anyone know the truth? If it uses Scumm it should be an easy win.
