1. Make sure that all games are sitting in the same directory
2. Add that directory to the SAF paths in ScummVM
3. Fix one game by re-adding it
4. Note the location of the ScummVM configuration file on your system in the Paths tab
5. Quit ScummVM
6. Open the ScummVM configuration file (scummvm.ini) with a text editor, find the entry with the fixed path and then add the same prefix the rest of the entries
7. Launch ScummVM and enjoy
And yes, unfortunately, there is no way to do this automatically.
Alternatively, you may just mass-add the games, but then you need to make sure that the game IDs stays the same, so your savefiles could be matched.
