The first link in TeknoJuce' posting is for ucon64. I just tried it, and it download a file named "ucon64-2.0.0-win32-vc-bin.zip" just fine. Extract that. *Then* you still need a command line / terminal prompt.

Use google to find out how to get one on your operating system. It shouldn't be that hard.

All in all, though, using the hexeditor approach (considering you apparently have one) should be much much MUCH easier. What's the problem with that approach for you?
