Hello!
I have been using Scummvm-Tools to compress .san-files in LucasArts-Games. The result for a single .san-input-file are three files (.raw, .ogg, .san), while compressing *.bun and *.sou produces only one output-file.
So my question is: do I only need the resulting .san-file or .san and .ogg? I believe .raw can be deleted safely or do I need all three resulting files?
Thanks for a reply!

Re: compress_scumm_san: which output files are needed
It's been a long time since I used those tools, but I believe the .raw file is just a temporary file containing uncompressed audio data.
If you want to translate this game to different language, or just change sounds use only the .ogg dont care about other ones. Just make sure you fit same timing as original one has. So everything is correct in game. I just translated and voice over whole The Dig game.
Then copy new ogg. files to the same folder where all san. files are, it will automatically use new ones.
