Apologies if this has already been answered, but I have installed the curse of monkey island, but for some reason it runs really slowly.

Does anyone one know why this might happen?

I have just downloaded the nightly build and it seems to be ok now. Was the problem the default resolution?

probably the texture handling overhaul, which could get ridiculously slow before that.
