Change interface and menu size / resolution?

I've been using an old version on my phone, I believe it was 1.2 or 1.2.1. I just upgraded to the newest, 1.3.0 and I love the new controls.

However, one issue I'm having is that I can't easily hit buttons in the menus any more (perhaps I have fat fingers). Is there a way to go back to the old menu setup? Everything is far too small.
