Hello there guys. This is my first post and I just wanted it to be informational.
This is regarding Android port and Broken Sword I.
I had a problem with "cutscene intro not found". Simple solution for me was to rename folder extras to video and of course to put newer .dxa and .fla files from download section.
I will put an torrent file for download as soon as I get, so people can download and put whole folder on sdcard.

Not sure what you're planning to do there. Make sure you read the forum rules before you violate them.djudji wrote: I will put an torrent file for download as soon as I get, so people can download and put whole folder on sdcard.

Actually I did not put it in smackshi or smackslo folder, just folder named VIDEO (Android is case sensitive and I assumed it will work if named like other folders)md5 wrote:Have you maintained the directory structure of the game? The files need to be in the same folders as they are in the CD, in particular the smackshi folder. And no, do not post any game files here as that's illegal (forum rule #0).
The game engine will look for the videos in both folders (either video or smackshi). The original folder, smackshi, should be sufficient. So I don't see why you would want to copy the video folder inside the extras folder - the videos should be found if the video/smackshi folder has been copied as-is from the CD.
I did not say to put it in /extras/video, just /video.md5 wrote:The game engine will look for the videos in both folders (either video or smackshi). Sorry for least explanation, but the game I have, has a folder named Extras (which I renamed to VIDEO) again in which there are video files.md5 wrote:Ummmm... which extras folder is that?djudji wrote:Simple solution for me was to rename folder extras to video and of course to put newer .dxa and .fla files from download section.
