how do i download these games

Those games have not been freed (yet), and they are not for sale on legal download sites.

So, in short: you can't download them.

i checked out ebay uk and would any of them work on my computer with windows 7

sure, if you buy a copy of the game you can use scummvm to play it on windows 7.

As long as it's one of the two Discworld games ScummVM supports, of course. (The eBay link Freddo posted also turned up Discworld Noir, for instance, and that one isn't.)

Good point, and also the Playstation versions doesn't work. Need to be the PC versions.

The PSX version of Discworld 1 is supported. It lacks music support though. See http://www.scummvm.org/compatibility/1.4.1/dw/.

The games aren't freeware and I'm not aware of any place that sell them for download. Hence the earlier eBay link, I guess.

Discworld 1 or Discworld 2 (for the PC)
