How the hell can I extract Pegasus Prime (mac)???

Hello there!

I have the 4 CDs of Pegasus Prime (mac version). How can I extract/merge the files to use them with ScummVM?? I can't easily merge the four folders because they overwrite each other... What can I do? The short explanation on the wiki is really useless for me...

I have the 4 bin/cue files, what now? Please help!
You write it's so "easy" on a mac! So how is it going, step-by-step!!!
