Hello,

difficult for a linux user to play to "Jewels of Oracle" game from Discis:

You have to install Windows 3.1 in dosbox (hope you have a WIndows 3.1 licence) then install the game. Not impossible but...

It's Macromedia Director and won't be supported any time soon.

You might be able to get ReactOS to run it in a VM so no Win 3.1 license would be necessary. They recently started supporting those old 16 bit era Windows binaries.

Or just use Wine* so you don't need to run a whole other OS.

*If it works in Wine. I'm too lazy to check WineDB.

Is there a version of Wine for Windows 7/8 64bit? Would be pretty useful for old 16bit apps...

Do you know others Macromedia Director game?
I think it's the only one in my collection.

There seem to be quite a lot of them - I remember seeing a partial list, but I can't remember where - though I get the impression that many of them ranged from bad to gloriously bad.
