Hiding the Android mouse cursor?

Hello! I connected a bluetooth mouse and can run perfectlty the games. However, now I have two mouse cursors: One from Android and one from the game itself.

Can I disable the system cursor?

Not sure if this works in Android, but Maemo (another mobile platform) does this by changing the system cursor to an invisible cursor.

I could have sworn it hid it on my Galaxy Note, but I guess I was wrong. It shows up on my Moto G2 and my tablet -- where it's just smaller.
