Burning ScummVM on a Mac

Hi i am quite the noob at this site and needed quite alot of help.
Today i had recieved my swap magic in the mail and wanted to run ScummVM on my ps2 slim model. The Problem im having is that i have a macintosh computer with toast so i have no idea on how to even create an install disc or how to start the scummvm program. I figured that someone might have a mac and could help me out with a step by step procedure/tutorial on how to burn the files in toast. A step by step procedure of how to add the games would also help.
