Conquests of the Longbow design document

Sometime ago, on the Internet I came across a text document by Christy Marx which was suposedly design document for Conquests of the Longbow. It's possible that I mixed some details, but that's how I remembered it. Now I'm trying to find it again, but with no success. Could anyone point me to this text?
