Stuck MIDI notes

Has anyone else experienced stuck MIDI notes when using ScummVM? I'm playing DOTT on OS X and I've got a stuck note I can't get rid of unless I restart Scumm. Even saving and loading doesn't work sometimes. I get this problem fairly often when recording MIDI from outboard synthesizers, but Digital Performer and other recording programs usually have a menu item to stop all incoming MIDI data. Is there something similar in Scumm?

Other than filing a bug report (if there isn't one already) and trying different music drivers (I don't have a Mac myself, but I've heard there are two different MIDI drivers on it, and then there's Adlib, of course), I don't know.
