All Scumm games work well. All Tinsel games and SCI games work really well too. I assume most other 2D games also work well.
For higher resolution games like “I have no mouth” you have two options. The first is to enable magnify mode in which case the upper screen zooms in on one area and the bottom screen remains full screen. It’s really neat. Alternatively as long as you are not on a 2DS, BgK recently added a high resolution mode that doubles the horizontal resolution for the top screen (works on all 3DS versions except for the original 2DS). It’s not essential but it does help a lot in higher resolution games.
