Hello all,
in order to hear the overture in the beginning of ega version I had to select from audio->music device: Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth [windows midi]
Is it the best option to use windows midi to play the game since no mt-32 here or leave the default setting which is adlib emulator ?
My audio sound card is an external m-audio profire 610 and no sound at overture neither in game if I select it
Also trying the amiga version also gave me this error and doesn't start even at default settings: Error: (69 : 10002 : 0x1184): Cannot read resource!
Has anyone run the amiga version successfully?

The overture is MT-32 exclusive. SCUMMVM can translate it on the fly to a GM or GS device.

I just tried and Loom EGA/Amiga is still working fine.
