Stretching issue

So I played Grim for a while and got near the end of year 1 with no issues. I started Residual up again today and found that my screen ingame was being stretched and portions the screen were being cut off. For example, I can't read some of the longer text that comes up, the logo on the options screen is partially cut off, and ingame everything that is on the border is cut off. If I take a screen shot, it gives me the full picture, but when I actually play, it cuts the edges of my screen. Does anyone know what's going on? I tried messing with my monitor settings and I can't seem to get it to fit.
