Why is Residual VM only in English?

I post in this forum because the Residual interface is only in English. Considering that ScummVM is already in many languages, the work is done yet.

Just in case you've forgotten the detail. It will be nice if you include this in the next version

We re-enabled translation support in master, after some work.
