i updated from 8-2019 to 12-2019 version hoping to see this problem disappear, i thinked i ever tried to activate-dactivate each RVM options but while registering to forum i disabled AA and bug disappeared, SORRY, it was so simple.
But previously when i tested this options it worked well (from laptop screen). I thinked about this option my new screen iiyama ProLite X2783HSU-B3 has, an hardware AR switch [fullscr > format] so perhaps RVM was in trouble with it, but i tested tonight on laptop and bug appeared also on it.
By exemple (it works with one game only actually), "Keepsake" (thanks to it i know the effect
) goes fullscreen 16-9 stretched, if i put option on "format" (better keep it like that, i've no problem with this option, also i like conserve aspect ratio 
), monitor shows game in real 4-3, it's hardware and didn't even knew before it was possible to exist, it's good !!!!!!!Bug was :
While swapping windowed<>fullscreen, bug is cleaned.
Log is :
"1402.bbb" is intro video file unneeded logo !!!! Nothing else.
