The game Pink Panther Hokus Pokus Pink in German does not work for me with SCUMMVM, although it is supported - according to the compatibility list. ScummVM recognizes the game, but the game engine is not found by ScummVM. Is there a way to play the game with Scumm anyway?

Most probably, you are using a stable version like 2.6.0. The engine was enabled in daily builds only so far. Go grab one from https://buildbot.scummvm.org/#/dailybuilds.

thanks for the answer! But I have already found another solution on the net. You can also play the game under Windows 10 without ScummVM. You have to run the game in compatibility mode. You should select the compatibility setting to Win98/Me, 8bit color depth and activate the 640x480 full screen mode. What you still have to do is to replace the mss32.dll file with one with version 6.0a so that the sound works.
