HI all.
I would like to play the two titles on ScummVM, how can I implement them having the game files?

You can't as they are not supported

There are out-of-tree engines available, but i don't know the state of them.
Maybe someone else knows more.
In summary:
You can't play games just because you have the data files, this is not DosBox, it needs a dedicated person to write an engine interpreter first.

If you have a lot of free time, know or want to learn reverse engineering, and have the motivation to work on adding support for those games, you can join our Discord to get some guidance. Otherwise you will just have to be very patient and wait for somebody else interested to do that work.
