do i understand that right?
i ripped the zak audio files to .aac, libfaad2 built in, but they don't play, instead i get a requester telling me to rip the audio tracks...do i miss something?

From what I can see, the expected file extensions for the ripped CD audio files are:
- .ogg
- .fla or .flac
- .mp3
- .m4a
- .wav
- Raziel

ah, so not usable for Audio tracks?
which game has this quick time player, where is it used?
i just need something to test libfaad with, to see if the port of that library works

AFAIK m4a should be aac into a proper container, so the last step would just be straightforward (ffmpeg on the command line will suffice).

but could they be used as music tracks in f.e. zak?
