Support Smart Pen Xiamoi Mi Pad 6

Hi, is possible add compatibility for the Smart Pen of Xiaomi Mi Pad 6???
The program not detect me when i touch the screen, but yes if a press any button of it.
Its possible do anything?

Which version of the ScummVM app for Android are you testing with?

Also, do I understand correctly that ScummVM does not move the cursor when you move the pen on the screen, but it does detect that you press a button on the pen?

- Is this on the launcher GUI (before you launch a game), or within a game?
- Does it happen with all games or just some (eg. 3d games)?
- Did you set the ScummVM control mode to be "Direct Mouse" (a mouse icon should be displayed on the top right in this case) ?

Unfortunately I do not have access to this hardware or accessories so I cannot test personally.

Hi, thanks for you reply.
I tryed the last stable version and the last beta, both had the same problem.
The stylus doesnt work in the main menu and in the game. In the main menu if i press the main button the list move to the beginning, and if i press the secondqry button the list moves to the end posittion.

I tryed in different control mode and the same...
The xiaomi smartpen use Bluetooth for connect to the tablet, not is a simple stylus...
If i touch the screen with it in the launcher or inside the game, doesnt work.
If i can make any test for you, i can try to do it.

Does your tablet have a Games' Turbo Mode ?

Apparently that's a mode that recent (?) Xiaomi MUI versions put games on.

Maybe you can disable it -- or remove ScummVM from it, if it's currently there and check whether there's improvement.

Wow! I'm glad we got it (with a little help from Google and Reddit of course )!

Thank you for reporting the issue and confirming that the proposed solution works. Maybe it will help others with a modern stylus pen too.
