Submitting Screenshots

Where does one go to submit screenshots? I checked the tracker and the faq and must have blindly missed something.

Before anyone says anything, I did use HQ2X and Aspect Ratio Correction =)

I dropped by the irc forum, although its the first time I've used IRC and noone seemed to be around. Either that or I had a setting wrong.

there are always ~20 nicks in there
