I tried searching but I couldn't find anything. Is there anyway to get the latest svn build in just a simple zip file, or is the installer the only way?

The benefit is that I don't clutter up my start menu and add/remove programs for a program that runs just fine no matter where I put it.

He means it's not an instillation but an exe in a zip that runs, not installs, the SVN.

Awesome, that's exactly what I wanted, I can get the files without having to run an installer.
