Broken Sword stretched screen problem

I was just playing Broken Sword 1 (so it was running with the scummVM that sold-out installs) and i noticed that the picture was stretched, and there was quite a bit on the right side of the screen that i couldn't see. I installed the latest ScummVM v0.10.0 and found out that the same problem occurs... its only when i press alt-enter, and view it in the small window format that i can see the entire screen.
I tired playing around with the video options in ScummVM, i even brought my windows resolution down to 1024x768 - but as soon as i play broken sword full screen, its as if i has zoomed in too much and isn't centred.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

seems to me that your monitor/gfx card is the culprit and tries to display part of the gfx mode (I think that's 640x480?) outside of the screen

my TFT display has an "auto" button which automatically calibrates the image so it fits the screen - maybe you have something similar?

my benQ LCD screen has an auto-fix button as well, i always use it... but it doesn't seem to help.

It's strange becasue i can play other old games with ScummVM in full screen perfectly (Indiana Jones Games, Sam & Max, Full Throttle)

lol i fixed it

selected hq2x from the graphics filters options
default seems to stretch the screen, and factor 3 filters quit to windows, factor 2 seems the way to go

looks really good now :P
