The BASS Floppy link is broken, on closer inspection, Mix 'n' Mojo have removed it completely. Reccomend removal?

What do you mean by "broken"?
Perhaps Mix 'n' Mojo removed it because the CD version is better, and not very big to download for today's standards?

The CD version may be better, but I feel the floppy version should still be made available for two reasons I can think of:
1) All different versions of each game should be preserved in some way, really.
2) Those DS port users who are, say, stuck with the ZIP file method, would never be able to run the talkie version anyway.

Running the talkie would be difficult anyway, it's quite big for a memory card.

That is, of course, a bug. It might be a good idea to submit it to the bug tracker.

Speaking of which, though, I wonder if the talkie data file can be compressed any further? Would it be small enough to fit on a flash cart then?

There is no support for audio compression yet in the BASS engine

I don't think that was meant to be sarcastic - a problem with the website qualifies as a "bug" - ideally someone could even fix it and submit a diff/patch for the html or php files to fix it with the bug report

I'm rather mystified by this reponse. I'm merely suggesting that the bug tracker is a safer way to ensure that someone in a position to fix this (I can't) will, eventually, see your message. To me, it seems that this is probably what the "Web site" category in the bug tracker is for.

As long as the ScummVM project exists, it's the main way used to report and fix bugs

Well, the
oldest bug in the
bug tracker was filed in October 2001, so it's going on six years, I guess.

Wow there's a bug tracker! I suppose I should use it really.
And I said that Erik, because I thought you were being sarcastic.
It's what you get for having sarcasm and sarcasm paranoia running through the family.
