I've read in the Readme of scummVM that on the simon the sorcerer 1 english CD version there are no subtitles.
but in the DOS version there are only subtitles (no speech)
my question is if there's a way to join these two version together. so you can take the subtitles from the DOS version and add them to the CD Version?
Thanks

Well, it could be possible that I release some patch for this at some time. But as clem mentioned there's some legal issue. However I think Adventure Soft would give away a permission for that easily, the problem will be just getting contact to them...
The other possibility would be to entirely rewrite the subtitles and change scripts manually.

Obviously just a small matter of programming.SimSaw wrote: The other possibility would be to entirely rewrite the subtitles and change scripts manually.
