Today (with the latest build) Itried to mount Mi1 - again.
But today, Scummvm exits with this message, once I chose the correct game folder
C:\ScummVM>scummvm.exe
Assertion failed: suffix < 'z', file gui/launcher.cpp, line 677
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unus
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
mounting any other game is no problem.
Is my system screwing up?

Re: Problem mounting Monkey 1
Odd. As far as I can tell, that assertion can fail when adding a game to ScummVM. The first time you try to add Monkey Island 1, it will create a target named "monkey" for it in the configuration file. If that target already exists, it will try "monkeya", "monkeyb", etc. until it finds one that isn't already used. Once it gets past "monkeyz", it will give up.Isaac_A_Steiner wrote:Today (with the latest build) Itried to mount Mi1 - again.

So the question is: Do you really have 27 different versions of Monkey Island 1 added to your ScummVM config file, or did you manage to trigger that assertion in some other way?

BTW: Shouldn't it be "suffix <= 'z'" instead of "<" ?eriktorbjorn wrote:Isaac_A_Steiner wrote:C:\ScummVM>scummvm.exe
