DVD Drive stopped working?

I googled around and found a lot of people suffered from a problem that meant their DVD-Rom drives stopped playing DVDs, they basically turned into CD-Rom drives. I also faced this problem and just this minute fixed it.

Note: This guide is for Windows (sorry Linux people)
Head into Device Manager
(Right Click My Computer - Properties - Hardware - Device Manager)
Click the + by CD/DVD Drives and UNINSTALL the affected DVD drive.

If it tells you to, restart

The drivers should install again through "Found New Hardware" and you will have DVD support back!
