I just got bs trilogy today and after i click next in the install section it comes up with a red X and says IRSETUP how can this be fixed also when i click on install it says next.setup and actomation error anyone know to fix these

It's usually considered polite to spell properly and use punctuation marks as necessary, so as not to make your phrases too indecipherable.
I would suggest that you at the very least elaborate on what OS you are using, what you did to get such an error, which particular release this is and how can BS1 and 2 work on your comp if you can't install anything? It's like the picture you're painting is missing several large pieces.

I suppose he is speaking of the trilogy release mentioned in this thread
If BS1 and BS2 are working I also suppose that the problem is with the install of BS3, in which case it would be off topic for this forum as this game is not supported by ScummVM (move in the junkyard forum maybe?).
And sorry, but I do not know an answer to your problem (and I am not even sure I understood what the problem is - "IRSETUP" is a bit short for an error message).
This answer is based on a lot of guesses really. It would indeed be more simple if the original message was written in proper english and provided more info.
