Full Screen Problem with LCD-Screen

I want to play my games in original or double size in full screen modus. But if i use the full screen option, the game is in fullscreen. Is it possible to play the game in a litte window and the rest of the screen is totally black?
This is what i need...

Actually, if his system is able to place ScummVM's window on it's own screen it "might" be possible?

What you need is a flatpanel connected with a dvi cable.In my nvidia control panel I can turn off digital flat panel scaling. What I end up with is a centered scummvm screen with the rest of the screen black. Guess that this is what your after?
