Scummvm deletes files

I am having a strange problem with the last wii build (rev 32565) , 3.2 PAL wii, while playing comi(compressed, so the sd card can keep up.):
It has happened to me twice, so i'm not seeing ghosts:
The game crashes, and i have to do a hard reset.
If i then go back to the homebrew channel, scummvm isn't in the list anymore.
When i look at the apps/scummvm folder on my mac, the only file remaining is scummvm.ini

probably a bad sd card which is corrupting your data.
Don't blame SCUMMVM, I don't think it was written to delete itself. :/

Well, I haven't had any problems with that SD-card untill now, and it has been used in my digital camera for about 2 months.
I also haven't had any problems with any other kinds of homebrew.
It is a kodak branded 2-GB SD card.
