alternative configs for the 2 screens

I like the idea of having 2 screens at different zoom levels since the resolution and aspect ratio are different from PC. However, It's very rare that I need to work with a screen that's zoomed in as far as the default setting.

I would love it if I could set the screens like this:

bottom screen = scaled so that everything is shrunk to fit
top screen = 1:1 pixel ratio so that the text is easier to read, and the screen scrolls to show the person currently talking

The best solution of all would be to choose from a variety of zoom levels and assign the one you want to each screen.
