Ok, so I have recently discovered the ScummVM site, have downloaded scumm, have downloaded a free game they offered on their site (lure of temptress), and have played that game a little with scumm. I understand that scumm uses the exe files to play the games.
Now. My Fate of Atlantis contains three files: ATLANTIS.000 , ATLANTIS.001 , and MONSTER.SOU
How do I get this game to work with scumm? There is no exe and my computer doesn't recognize the files.
I looked in the FAQ and it doesn't say, or I couldn't find, how to do this.
I also have The Dig and Full Throttle and scumm can't recognize any files on those either.
I'm positive I'm having problems because I'm a noob and don't understand an aspect of scumm, but if someone could explain to me how to do this I would be very grateful.
Any help is appreciated.

ScummVM actually doesn't use the EXE, it replaces it.
What you need to do is copying the game's datafiles from your original media to your hard disk, start ScummVM, click "Add Game", navigate to the directory in which you've copied the data and press "Choose". An entry for that game will then be created and can be started by selecting in the list and pressing "Start".
There's also this nice little tutorial by clemmy:

Similar Problem perhaps
I've been having a bit of a problem running this game. I'm new to scummVM, so please excuse any noobish-ness.
I downloaded the game file throuhgh LimeWire and it saved as a 'rar' file. I then downloaded ScummVM, and it seems to be working as it should. However, when i go through the tutorial at the ScummVM website and click 'Add Game' I choose the file in which the game file is in like I should and yet it says there is no game in that file.
I thought the possible problem could be that I moved the game file around a bit to try out different locations for ScummVM to find the download from, or it could be that i downloaded it from LimeWire instead of the two supplied by TPB. The file is a 'rar' type. I wanted to bring the problem here first because I think the forum at ScummVM looks down on people who download the games free instead of having the original disks. Thanks for any help.

As you've already pointed out, we don't help people with illegal pirated/warezed copies of games. Refer to Forum rule #0. You won't get any help here, go buy the games
