Screen crop problem

I've been trying to play through Monkey Island 3, but I've run into a problem.

Whenever I launch the game the display will shift to the left and cut off a portion of the screen. I've also noticed that scummVM isn't cropping out the portion of the screen, it's just not displaying it(I took a screenshot and nothing was cropped).

Any ideas or settings that could help?

EDIT:(Meant to post in Help and Support, would appreciate if a mod/admin moved it)

I don't know, but it could simply be a matter of adjusting your monitor. (At least with my previous computer/monitor, I had to adjust each screen resolution separately.)

I solved the problem.

Strangely enough my monitor was changing the H/V settings when I launched scumm. 32/16 on desktop 36,20 while in scumm
