Xperia X10. No sound after root

I successfuly installed ScummVM and ran MI, MI2 and Sam and Max. It all worked GREAT (Android 1.6)


But a week a go I rooted my device now I can't get sounds working! I've installed the plugin and the main app, (the folders were untouched on the SD card.)


I'm missing something?

Can't get the other version to work either. It forces close and shows
libsdl. Jni error. I did install the zip file on root directory.
Weird. Does this other version require 2. 1? I thought it was for all versions.

Hey I upgraded my X10 firmware to R2BA020 without rooting and the same thing happened... no sound for me either.

So perhaps its not the rooting itself but the firmware you were able to install after rooting that has caused the sound to disappear.

what firmware did you install?

On the plus side the touchscreen is much better at the edges now.. makes scrolling inventory in maniac mansion MUCH easier.. still a bit tricky though
