ARM Tungsten E and BaSS

I'm trying to run BaSS (floppy version) on my T|E using the ARM test version and it isn't working. It will play the intro (including sound) but as soon as it gets to the title where it says Beneath a Steel Sky it crashes giving this message: MemoryMgr.c,Line:2757, MemMove to NULL. I'm using direct launch with all default options. Interestingly enough if I use the non-ARM test version with ARM optimizations enabled the game runs, but much slowly as if ARM really wasn't working. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I'm new here so please forgive me if this should have been reported as a bug error.

Update: After installing the new version things are running the same as before.
