Touch to click (no dragging)?

Hey guys. I love being able to play my old childhood games on my iPhone...but is there any way to change the mouse controls? I hate having to drag the cursor with my finger because all the games I play are strictly point and click. If I could just tap my finger where I wanted, it would make my life much easier. Either that, or can you make the mouse calibration more accurate? Any suggestions? Thanks!
